Finding inspector work in your state

Open the jobs hub, then your state. The live list shows which survey types firms are buying near you right now.

Start on the jobs hub and open your state. If that page has no listings, the current feed has no live jobs there. Nearby states, remote roles, and the talent pool stay on that page. Check again after the daily sync.

What the state page tells you

The state list groups openings by occupation. That shows whether firms are buying commercial surveys, residential surveys, mixed contractor work, or premium audit. Click through to the state plus occupation page when that pair has at least three live jobs.

Each card links Apply to the original USA URL with a utm_source=inspectorcareers tag. Read the city, the radius, and the survey types on that page. A statewide listing may still expect you to live in one metro.

What we leave blank on purpose

This site does not publish a state licensing chart or an average-pay table. License rules depend on the company, the survey type, and the state. Pay depends on the firm and the product. Read the live listing. Ask the hiring firm.

After you pick a territory

Apply on the posting, not through this site. The state jobs page names the survey types firms are buying right now.
